Trainer Profile:
Dr Darwin Joseph
Dr. Darwin holds a PhD in Management, a Master of Philosophy in Business Administration, and an MBA. With over 32 years of experience, including more than 28 years in teaching, he has had the opportunity to work in higher education institutions across Singapore, India, Malaysia, Uzbekistan, and China. He currently lectures for UK universities like Bangor University, Teesside University, and the University of Sunderland, both in Singapore and at MDIS' overseas campuses. Dr. Darwin also supervises doctoral theses for the DBA programme at Teesside University and supervises MBA dissertations for the University of Sunderland. His research focuses primarily on Leadership, Organisational Behaviour, and Human Resource Management. Over the years, he has published numerous articles, organised national conferences and seminars, and presented his research at international and national events. He’s also contributed a chapter to the book Emerging Trends in Retail Management and has been actively involved in a variety of seminars, conferences, and workshops around the world.
